Doing my best motivates me to never take shortcuts. My work represents me, and I take that seriously.

Making sure my customers are pleased with the work requires good communication before the job starts. I am careful to explain everything I expect to be involved in as much detail as possible.

Keeping the customer informed as the job proceeds is necessary to insure satisfaction with the work especially when the nature of the work can potentially reveal issues not anticipated.

Remodeling and repairing existing structures can lead to discovering needed work that cannot be seen beforehand. I am determined to be thorough and fair. The goal is to treat the job as if I am doing the work for myself.

When I finish a job, I intend to be proud of the workmanship and thus keep a good reputation for my business.
